Announcement:
2nd Scientific Day of Deep Learning in Radiotherapy Expertise Groups
Friday 26 January
Department of Radiotherapy, UMC Utrecht
Registration deadline: Sunday January 14, 2024.
Dear colleagues,
On Friday 26 January we will organise the second scientific symposium of the Radiotherapy Expert group initiative.
The goal of this initiative is to offer a platform to researchers and
clinical physicists who are researching or using deep learning applications in radiotherapy. The
DLinRT platforms aim to promote scientific exchange as well as the clinical use of deep learning
in radiotherapy in The Netherlands. Four strategic themes have been identified and 4 expert groups
have been defined on these topics. These topics are:
Contouring & Registration (lead: Jonas Teuwen, NKI),
Radiomics (lead: Marianna Sijtsema, UMCG),
Clinical implementation (lead: Charlotte Brouwer, UMCG).
The expert groups will give exciting presentations on the four themes.
The symposium is endorsed and sponsored by the Dutch association of Clinical Physics (www.nvkf.nl) This event is
open for persons from the field of clinical physics & radiotherapy, whether this is from academia, hospitals,
industry or policy makers.
For a detailed schedule please refer to the program. All presentations will be in English.
Registration deadline: Sunday January 14, 2024.
We hope to see you on Friday 26 January.
